Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Unit Manager located in Muzaffarpur. The Unit Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading and motivating a team, and ensuring the achievement of business targets. Responsibilities include overseeing sales processes, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring compliance with company policies, and developing strategic initiatives to drive growth. The Unit Manager will also collaborate with other departments to enhance overall business performance.
