Nursing Supritendant

**Patient care**: Ensure quality patient care by developing standards and implementing evidence-based nursing practices
- **Staff development**: Plan and organize staff development programs, and provide guidance to nursing staff
- **Nursing administration**: Manage nursing records, and oversee staffing and resource needs
- **Nursing policies**: Formulate nursing policies and procedures
- **Quality management**: Ensure quality patient care and promote evidence-based nursing care
- **Resource management**: Oversee resource needs and ensure the proper allocation of resources
- **Professional development**: Keep pace with new trends and developments in nursing

Supervision
- Supervise nursing staff, including sister grade-II and student nurses
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, standards, and best practices
- Oversee the implementation of evidence-based nursing practices
- Carry out regular rounds in all wards and units

Consultation
- Consult with the medical superintendent or managing director to plan, organize, and develop nursing services

Pay: ₹10,218.54 - ₹31,240.12 per month
