**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the highest quality and safety of our products,

Manage and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company quality standards and regulatory requirements,

Oversee the implementation of hygiene programs, including sanitation and cleaning schedules,

Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality issues,

Analyze quality data and implement corrective actions as needed,

Ensure compliance with relevant food safety regulations and standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP)

Lead and train quality control team members,

**Requirements**:
A degree in food science, Quality Management, or related field,

Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within the fruit processing industry,

In-depth knowledge of fruit processing, quality control, and food safety regulations

Proven experience in audit management and hygiene programs,

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and leadership abilities,
