- **Policy and Procedure Development**:Creating and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and promote patient safety.
- **Quality Assurance**:Implementing quality improvement initiatives and monitoring patient care standards.
- **Strategic Planning**:Developing short-term and long-term goals for the hospital's improvement and growth.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:Communicating with staff, department heads, board members, and external stakeholders.
