Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Level: Mid-Level (2-5 years)
Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹60,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
The Role
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to own, manage, and scale our paid acquisition channels. You will be at the heart of our growth engine, responsible for the entire campaign lifecycle- from strategic planning and execution to in-depth analysis and optimization.
The ideal candidate is a data-obsessed individual with deep, hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads. You live and breathe metrics like CPA, ROAS, and CTR, and you're constantly looking for ways to improve campaign performance. This is a hands-on role that requires a blend of analytical thinking and creative problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various platforms, with a primary focus on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
Budget & Bidding: Strategically manage a monthly advertising budget, ensuring efficient allocation across channels and campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and native platform reporting. Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights, results, and recommendations.
Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing of ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting. Implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) best practices to improve funnel efficiency.
Strategy Development: Identify new growth opportunities, research industry trends, and contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy.
Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, content and client teams to develop compelling ad assets and ensure brand messaging is consistent across all campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on experience in a performance marketing or PPC advertising role.
Platform Expertise: Proven, in-depth knowledge of managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. Experience with Google Ads Editor and Meta Business Suite is essential.
Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable insights. High proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) is a must.
Data Tools: Advanced skills in MS Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data visualization).
Technical Skills: Solid understanding of campaign tracking, pixel implementation (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager), and A/B testing methodologies.
Mindset: A detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical problem-solver who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
