Position: Workshop Service Manager
Location: Irba, Ranchi
Company: Titanium Mahindra
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure smooth functioning of service activities.
- Manage a team of service advisors, technicians, and supervisors to achieve productivity and quality targets.
- Ensure timely and accurate diagnosis, repair, and delivery of vehicles.
- Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction through quality service and prompt resolution of complaints.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures as per OEM guidelines.
- Track service performance, workshop load, and prepare reports for management.
- Coordinate with spare parts, body shop, and other departments for seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety norms, tools calibration, and proper housekeeping in the workshop.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members to enhance skills and efficiency.
- Drive revenue generation through upselling of value-added services and maintenance packages.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate/Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 6–10 years in the automobile service industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of 4-wheeler service operations, diagnostics, and workshop management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency in DMS (Dealer Management System) and MS Office.
Salary: Best in Industry (Based on experience)
