**Position**: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
**Location**: BMW Service Centre - [Ormanjhi]
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring premium brand experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service follow-ups with professionalism.
- Maintain and update customer database, service history, and feedback records.
- Coordinate with service advisors and workshop teams for smooth service delivery.
- Monitor customer satisfaction (CSI) and implement improvement measures.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate with 2+ years of CRM/customer service experience (luxury automotive preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of customer care processes and service standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM software.
- Presentable and brand-oriented personality.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
