Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management : Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Performance Monitoring : Track and analyze team performance metrics, providing regular feedback and coaching to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation : Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective sales strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Training & Development : Conduct training sessions to improve team members’ sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
  • Reporting : Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management, including insights and recommendations.
  • Problem-Solving : Address and resolve customer and team issues promptly to maintain a positive work environment and customer satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement : Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and workflows and suggest actionable solutions.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.


Key Requirements


  • Experience : Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a BPO sales environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.


Skills :

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Leadership and team-building skills.
