We are hiring "Area Sales Manager" for CAC HVAC/ VRF (Commercial Air Conditioner) Sales in a Consumer Durable Japanese MNC based in Mumbai.

Job Title : Area Sales Manager-CAC Sales

Job Type : Full-time

Work Day : 5 days (Mon to Fri)

Work Time : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

CTC : upto 18 LPA

Location : Mumbai

Experience : 3+ Years

Qualification - Graduation Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, HVAC)

Role Objective:

  • Sales/Collection target achievement for the Area assigned in accordance with guidelines of the Business Head to achieve Business Plan Target Management Goals.
  • Developing Commercial AC business through Sales & Service Dealers/HVAC Contractors.
  • Promoting Sales of RAC/Cassettes/Tower/Ducted/VRF in assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities

Sales Achievement-

  • Preparing roadmap of the plan received for the vertical
  • Develop understanding of market dynamics and develop strategies to gain incremental business.
  • Responsible for hitting monthly sales plan and increasing sales volume for the assigned territory/area as per Business Plan
  • Maintaining & updating Funnel/Enquiries with strong follow-up to create strong prospects.

Channel Expansion -

  • Responsible for efficient management of the existing channel
  • Identify new channel partner (SSD) trade opportunities for expanding the channel network.
  • Responsible for channel/market mapping.
  • Responsible for generating enquiries through Architects, Consultant, Developers, Dealers, Cold calls etc. tracking the same on regular basis.

Tracking Outstanding -

  • Tracking controlling the overdue outstanding.
  • Ensuring outstanding's are cleared as per defined timelines.
  • Ensure achievement of value market share
  • Ensure growth in market share in proportion to the market growth in industry.
