Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant with 3-4 years of experience to support our HR department in daily tasks, including recruitment, documentation, onboarding, and employee engagement. The HR Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining an organized and efficient HR function, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and employees.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Staffing: Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates. Coordinate with department managers to understand hiring needs and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates. Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment contracts, and performance documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements for document management. Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other necessary HR documentation. Onboarding and Induction:
Conduct employee onboarding sessions, including introducing company policies, benefits, and culture. Coordinate with IT and administration for setting up workspace, email accounts, and other resources for new hires. Manage employee induction programs, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
Employee Engagement and Support: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote a positive workplace environment. Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll. Administrative Support:
Support HR team with daily tasks and administrative duties, ensuring efficient operation of HR processes. Assist in managing HR databases, attendance tracking, and other HR systems.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3-4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, documentation, and onboarding. Strong understanding of HR principles and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Additional Information: Competitive salary with benefits.
