# Key Responsibilities:

2. *Employee Onboarding*: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documentation, coordinating orientation sessions, and providing necessary information.

3. *Data Management*: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal details, attendance, and leave records.

4. *Compliance*: Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

5. *Employee Engagement*: Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events, celebrations, and team-building activities.

6. *Reporting*: Prepare and submit reports on HR metrics, including recruitment, employee turnover, and training.

7. *Miscellaneous*: Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.


# Requirements:

1. *Education*: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. *Experience*: 0-1 year of experience in HR or a related field.

3. *Skills*:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

4. *Certifications*: Not required but preferred (e.g., SHRM, HRCI).
