Job Description:
Overview: Entigrity is seeking a visionary and results-driven Vice President of Digital Marketing to lead our strategic marketing initiatives. As a premier provider of offshore staffing solutions for accounting firms, Entigrity is dedicated to excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction. The Vice President of Digital Marketing will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategy to drive business growth, enhance brand reputation, and achieve organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy Leadership: Develop and lead the implementation of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with Entigrity's business objectives and target audience. Drive innovation and creativity in digital marketing initiatives to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.2. Team Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the digital marketing team, including managers and specialists across various disciplines such as content marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising. Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability to maximize team performance and productivity.3. Budget Oversight: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocate resources strategically, and optimize spending to achieve maximum ROI. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and ensure budgetary compliance.4. Brand Strategy and Positioning: Define and execute Entigrity's brand strategy across digital channels, ensuring consistent messaging, tone, and visual identity. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain brand guidelines, positioning statements, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences and differentiate Entigrity in the marketplace.5. Customer Acquisition and Retention: Drive customer acquisition efforts through targeted digital marketing campaigns, lead generation strategies, and conversion optimization tactics. Develop and implement customer retention programs to enhance loyalty, increase customer lifetime value, and reduce churn.6. Data-driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics, market research, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies, optimize campaign performance, and identify opportunities for growth. Leverage advanced analytics tools and methodologies to measure, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics and KPIs.7. Technology and Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, automation. Identify and evaluate new digital platforms, tools, and technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.- 10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing digital marketing strategy and execution.- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue generation.- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a data-driven and results-oriented approach.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
