Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for a self-starter to be the first hire in our sales division, taking full ownership of the sales cycle. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with a proven track record of success and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. - Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including building relationships with retailers, distributors, and corporate clients. - Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business. - Market Analysis:
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies. - Brand Representation:
Act as a key ambassador for Anikrriti, effectively communicating our brand story and values to potential clients. - Reporting:
Track and analyze sales metrics to provide regular reports on performance, challenges, and opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
- A strong network within the apparel and fashion industry is a significant plus.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
- A "hands-on" and proactive approach, with the willingness to perform tasks across the sales spectrum.
- Passion for the fashion industry and a genuine interest in building a brand from its early stages.
