As part of a small and nimble team, you will lead business development, sales, marketing and build a pipeline of projects & customers. Reporting to Managing Director, you will have a rare-opportunity to grow your career and skills.
NOTE: The candidate, must have strong knowledge of software development lifecycle & technology stack - including mobile development, machine learning, cloud computing & AI.
In addition, the candidate must have worked at a technology based company / digital agency to be considered.
Role & Responsibility -
- As the first line of communication with prospects, you will be responsible for the sales process, researching leads, starting new relationships and closing sales- Generate leads, build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage them for next steps- Perform cold calls, email, marketing etc to generate new sales- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market- Set up meetings or calls with prospects and pitch our solutions- Report to MD with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results- Communicate & co-ordinate with team of engineers/designers on customer requirements, priorities and keep customer always in sync
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience- Sales & Business experience with target-based goals- Proven creative problem solving and strong analytical skills- MUST have Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle & tech stack- MUST have worked at a technology based service / digital agency- MUST have Strong English skills via phone, email & meetings- MUST have fluency in Hindi
