Business Development Manager- State Enterprise

- The right candidate will be responsible for sales of Convergence solution products (Active components) along with associated application product like NMS:-
Networking: - Router, Switches, Security, WiFi,DC servers, storage,
Applications: - Unified communication and collaborations, Network management & optimization,
Voice: - IPPABX, Video conference/Tele-presence
Understanding of Storage / Server
- The candidate should be able to communicate effectively to present Cisco offerings, gather customer requirements, uncover needs/pain areas and present customized solutions to the client.
- Should have rich experience and proven track record in handling PSU'S , Central Govt. sales IC role.
- The job will include making sales calls & generating prospects, presentation/demonstrations, negotiation, order follow-up and payment collection.
- The candidate should have connects and will be required to identify accounts, develop them and manage relationships individually with Cisco and other OEMs
Requirements
- Experience in the PSU, Government Sector (Central, State.) +IT Networking industry.
- Should be able to carry targets and deliver them.
- Hard core selling experiences of Networking, Security, Data Centre and collaboration product likes Router, switches from OEM like Cisco, HP, Juniper, Avaya, etc.
- Suitable candidate must have experience with major accounts in North India & able to hunt/ identify and handle large accounts for desired product lines
- Self-learner who is abreast of the latest in technology, competition, and the industry landscape
- Possess good written and verbal communication skills
- Pleasing personality and should be a good team player
- Self-driven individual with the go-getter attitude
- Personal integrity in commercial dealing and working
