As a Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy, driving customer acquisition, and building brand awareness across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital Marketing Campaigns:- Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads , Meta Ads , and other platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).
- Conduct A/B testing, analyze campaign performance, and implement data-driven improvements to maximize ROI.
- Develop strategies for Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Display Advertising campaigns.
- Design and manage brand ambassador programs , ensuring engagement and alignment with company goals.
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach.
- Track and measure the success of affiliate and ambassador campaigns using KPIs.
- Oversee the planning and execution of paid and organic campaigns across social media platforms.
- Drive engagement through creative content, storytelling, and user interactions.
- Stay updated with trends and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.
- Monitor and analyze metrics across all campaigns, preparing detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and CRM systems to track user behavior and campaign effectiveness.
- Leverage insights to refine marketing strategies and optimize conversion rates.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
- Work closely with the product, sales, and content teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
- Manage relationships with agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Develop a consistent brand message across all marketing channels.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging materials, including blog posts, videos, and ad creatives.
- Innovate campaigns to strengthen the company's presence in key markets.
- Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to conceptualize, execute, and measure high-impact campaigns.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading marketing teams and managing cross-functional collaborations.
- Creativity: A strong sense of branding and the ability to design campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with ambassador programs and affiliate marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing in (industry/niche).
- Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint .
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM and content marketing.
