Position Title:  Marketing Lead

As a Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy, driving customer acquisition, and building brand awareness across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital Marketing Campaigns:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads , Meta Ads , and other platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).
  • Conduct A/B testing, analyze campaign performance, and implement data-driven improvements to maximize ROI.
  • Develop strategies for Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Display Advertising campaigns.
2. Ambassador and Affiliate Programs:
  • Design and manage brand ambassador programs , ensuring engagement and alignment with company goals.
  • Build and nurture relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach.
  • Track and measure the success of affiliate and ambassador campaigns using KPIs.
3. Social Media Marketing:
  • Oversee the planning and execution of paid and organic campaigns across social media platforms.
  • Drive engagement through creative content, storytelling, and user interactions.
  • Stay updated with trends and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.
4. Data Analytics and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze metrics across all campaigns, preparing detailed reports for stakeholders.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and CRM systems to track user behavior and campaign effectiveness.
  • Leverage insights to refine marketing strategies and optimize conversion rates.
5. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
  • Work closely with the product, sales, and content teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
  • Manage relationships with agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables.
6. Branding and Content Strategy:
  • Develop a consistent brand message across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging materials, including blog posts, videos, and ad creatives.
  • Innovate campaigns to strengthen the company's presence in key markets.
Key Qualifications:
  • Experience:  5+ years in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Technical Skills:  Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strategic Thinking:  Ability to conceptualize, execute, and measure high-impact campaigns.
  • Leadership:  Demonstrated experience leading marketing teams and managing cross-functional collaborations.
  • Creativity:  A strong sense of branding and the ability to design campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Analytical Skills:  Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with ambassador programs  and affiliate marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with marketing in (industry/niche).
  • Certification in Google Ads  or Facebook Blueprint .
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM and content marketing.
