Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Inventory Manager to oversee all inventory-related activities and warehouse operations for the company. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal inventory levels, manage warehouse functions, and streamline processes to support business operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee inventory management across all company warehouses.2. Ensure accurate tracking, recording, and reporting of inventory.3. Implement and maintain inventory control procedures and systems.4. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages or excesses.5. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for smooth operations.6. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.7. Manage warehouse operations, including organization, safety, and compliance.8. Train and supervise warehouse staff for efficient inventory handling.9. Generate inventory reports for management decision-making.10. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in inventory handling.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.- Proven experience in inventory management and warehouse operations.- Strong knowledge of inventory management software and tools.- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in (industry, e.g., EPC, manufacturing, etc.)- Knowledge of inventory valuation and aging analysis.- Familiarity with GST and other relevant regulations.
