
AGM - Channel Sales

Key Responsibilities:-
- Develop and execute the channel sales strategy for assigned residential projects.
- Identify, onboard, and activate new Channel Partners (CPs) to widen the sales network.
- Build strong relationships with CPs, ensure their engagement through regular meets, trainings, and incentive programs.
- Drive revenue through the CP network and ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are achieved.
- Lead and mentor the CP sales team; track team performance and optimize efficiency.
- Coordinate with marketing to provide CPs with the necessary sales tools, marketing collateral, and project information.
- Manage sales reporting, pipeline forecasting, and performance analytics for the channel team.
- Organize and participate in CP events, site visits, and project launches to maximize reach and conversions.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and project-related documentation.
