Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

  • Proactively identify potential leads through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach strategies.
  • Qualify leads based on pre determined criteria and prioritize them for further engagement.

Customer Relationship Building:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers through regular communication channels such as phone calls, emails.
  • Understand customer needs and pain points to effectively present solutions and position our products or services.

Sales Pipeline Management:

  • Manage and update the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information on leads, contacts, and sales activities.
  • Track sales metrics and report on progress towards sales targets on a regular basis.
  • Contribute to the sales target.


Qualifications :


  • Educational Background : Bachelors or MBA-Sales & Marketing
  • Experience- 0-1 years


Skills:

  • Proven work experience as an Inside sales team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and manage relationships
  • Ability to solve problems individually.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyze data for informed decision-making.
