Job Description:

As the Head of Business Development at LithLife, you will lead our sales efforts and play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and market expansion. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and customers for our renewable energy solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Drive business development initiatives to secure new partnerships, contracts, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports, insights, and forecasts to senior management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a focus on selling high-end metal commodities.
  • Extensive experience in sales strategy development, implementation, and execution.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving positive change.
  • High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
