first point of communication
for me, the team, and external partners.
This role is not just about managing calendars and emails—it's about
being my right hand
, ensuring smooth coordination across teams, handling operational tasks, engaging communities online, and stepping into meetings on my behalf when required.
Salary Range:
₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Team & Operations Support
- Act as the
first point of contact
for team members regarding tasks, policies, or grievances. - Ensure remote team members follow company policies and complete work on time.
- Coordinate with freelancers, vendors, and partners for ongoing projects.
- Attend internal and external meetings on behalf of the CEO, prepare notes, and follow up on action items.
Executive Assistance
- Manage my
calendar, emails, and daily priorities
to maximize efficiency. - Filter communications and escalate urgent matters appropriately.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents when required.
Research & Coordination
- Conduct R&D on new tools, market trends, and strategies to support the growth of Exotto.
- Identify and coordinate with freelancers or service providers for specialized tasks.
Social Media & Branding
- Post content and manage engagement across the my
LinkedIn and other social media accounts
. - Handle
community engagement activities
and build relationships with prospects via social selling. - Use AI and automation tools to streamline content posting, inbox management, and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior experience as a
Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Operations Coordinator
(preferably in marketing/agency setup). - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with tools like
Google Workspace, Slack, Basecamp, CRM platforms, LinkedIn, Chatgpt and AI productivity tools
. - Proactive problem-solver with a "get things done" mindset.
- Comfortable taking ownership and representing the CEO in meetings.
