Role & responsibilities

  • Managing PAN India Facilities Management - HO, Regional Offices.
  • Liaisoning with Hotels and Marketing Team to ensure management of events for PAN India.
  • New Office Set up for HO.
  • Ensuring the Office is kept spick and span and supervising the Housekeeping. Housekeeping Service, Ensuring adequate stocking of Pantry Supplies.
  • Sourcing and Stocking of adequate local stationery at best economical price.
  • Taking Steps to ensure reduction of wastage in all the spheres of office operations.
  • Repairs and Maintenance of Corporate Office Infrastructure
  • Controlling Guest House Maintenance, Occupancy, Expense Management & Petty Cash.
  • Fleet management -Maintenance, Allocation of vehicles and drivers, Insurance Renewals. Checking log reports and fuel consumption.
  • Managing Centralized Contracts like Housekeeping Services, Maintenance Services, Security Services, CUG Connections.
  • Liaison with local government authorities and departments
  • Liaisoning with the Purchase Department for Purchases, Identifying vendors and negotiations. Completing the documentation.
  • To look after AMC of all office assets.
  • Oversee Travel Management
  • Monitor lease agreement of all branches offices/factories across India.


Preferred candidate profile

  • Any Graduate with 15 years of experience in Facilities Management.
