Role Overview: Step into an exciting opportunity as an International Sales Manager – South East Asia with our client a leading fragrances, flavours and aroma ingredients company. We seek a highly skilled, strategic, and dynamic individual with a passion for shaping market trends and building strong intra-company and client partnerships. This pivotal role will place you at the forefront of developing and executing strategic initiatives aimed at driving business growth across the SEA region. You will be responsible for managing key client relationships, executing business strategies, and ensuring the efficient delivery of innovative solutions that meet client needs within the assigned region. Department: Fragrances Location: Mumbai Days working: Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities: Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a strategic business plan to drive growth in the South East Asia region, ensuring profitability and sustainability across all consumer categories in fragrances which include personal care, home & household care, fabric care, fine fragrances. Client Management: Lead client projects, negotiate contracts, and manage commercial agreements. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering new business opportunities. Commercial Leadership: Oversee all commercial activities within the region, including budget monitoring, strategy deployment, adherence to sales and pricing practices, and participation in local events. Channel Partners: Manage and nurture relationships with existing international channel partners in SEA to ensure consistent sales growth and brand representation. and Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors and channel partners in the regions. Develop joint business plans with channel partners to achieve sales, market objectives. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with other sales team members to create holistic value propositions, manage the product lifecycle, and ensure high levels of service and supply chain efficiency. To work closely with internal teams such as evaluators, quality control (QC), and the supply chain to ensure product quality, timely delivery, and exceptional service. You Bring: - Proven ability to drive results with a competitive mindset and manage complex negotiations. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
