We are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) with expertise in smart water and gas metering solutions and a background in the utilities sector in the NCR region. This is a critical role, requiring face-to-face engagement with clients, partners, and internal teams to lead sales initiatives and drive market expansion. Immediate joiners with proven industry relationships are preferred. Key Skills & Requirements Proven success in business development, sales, and account management in the smart metering or utilities sector. Excellent bidding, RFP/RFI response, and contract documentation skills. Superior negotiation and relationship management abilities with utility stakeholders. Strong written and spoken communication, with an emphasis on persuasive presentation and clear reporting. Comfortable working on-site in Noida and engaging face-to-face with clients and partners. MBA or in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Energy) preferred.
