Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team at Town And City Developers. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate should have more than 10 years of experience in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong ability to lead and motivate a team.


Qualifications and Skills


  • More than 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Good business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
  • Experience in qualifying prospects and closing sales deals
  • Ability to analyze sales data and trends
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and initiatives to grow the business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive business development activities
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead in the market
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to achieve overall company goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in sales
