We are hiring for Business Development Executive & Marketing Manager.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive & Marketing Manager to support our marketing and project acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, interacting with consultants, securing approvals, collecting project and market data, and completing vendor registration processes for government and private organizations

Education Qualification – B Tech

Location: Bangalore

Experience - 5yrs - 8yrs

Job Description:

  1. Responsible for achieving regional sales targets of Cable vertical including specialty cables.

  2. Drive sales for Power, Control, EHV Cables & Fire survival Cables

  3. Responsible for evaluating market trends and gather competitive information to improve sales and profitability of the Cable vertical

  4. Organize & lead project teams consisting of various support groups to respond effectively to unique business opportunities.

  5. Responsible for Cable Sales & marketing function including budget projects objectives, policies, and operating procedures.

  6. Develop strategic profiles of key / potential competitors and forecast markets, business volume, and market share.

  7. Provide marketing support for corporate strategic planning.

  8. Establish and maintain close ties with customers & support groups.

  9. Evaluate market conditions, prepare sales plans & forecasts, and develop cost-effective business strategies to achieve objectives.

  10. Establish business/market segment strategies to achieve growth/profitability objectives and increase customer satisfaction.

  11. Responsible for Developing and executing a sales plan for the assigned territory

  12. Required to Travel & stay at various locations.

Knowledge & Skills:

· Target oriented, strong team management skills

· Requires excellent communication skills, presentation, analytical & negotiation skills. · Requires strategic planning skills, and ability to translate corporate / business unit goals & objectives into realistic marketing & sales plans.

· Strong Contacts within cable market segments is highly desirable.

· Candidates with adequate experience in dealing in Government bodies/ Industry / Relevant projects & Electrical segment will be preferred
