The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the entire recruitment process, maintaining employee records, assisting in HR policy development, and supporting payroll and benefits administration.
This role requires a proactive approach to enhance employee engagement and ensure smooth HR operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Assist in managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding processes.
Employee Records Administration: Help maintain accurate employee records and assist in streamlining onboarding processes.
HR Policy Development: Support the creation and implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Payroll and Benefits Administration: Assist in payroll processing and help manage employee benefits, including group medical insurance.
Performance Appraisals: Support the performance appraisal process, aiding in the evaluation and enhancement of employee performance.
Training and Orientation: Coordinate and assist in organizing training sessions and orientation programs, aligning with organizational goals and employee development.
Employee Engagement: Contribute to designing and executing initiatives like recognition programs and team-building activities to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Employee Relations: Help address employee concerns and assist in resolving conflicts to foster positive employee relations and improve workplace morale.
HRMS Expertise: Gain experience in using GreytHR HRMS for efficient HR operations, including onboarding, attendance tracking, and leave management.
