We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Event Production Manager to lead the planning, content development, and execution of our international conferences and business events. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in agenda development, speaker acquisition, content creation, and partnership building, ensuring that each event delivers exceptional value to attendees, sponsors, and partners.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Agenda Development

  • Research and design innovative and relevant event agendas aligned with industry trends and audience interests.

  • Identify and curate themes, sub-topics, and sessions that resonate with industry professionals.

  • Ensure agendas are well-structured, impactful, and engaging for participants.

  • Speaker Acquisition

  • Identify, approach, and secure high-level industry leaders, experts, and innovators as speakers.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with thought leaders, academics, and corporate executives.

  • Manage speaker communications, confirmations, and logistics.

  • Partnership Development

  • Build and manage relationships with media partners, associations, and event partners to enhance visibility and reach.

  • Negotiate collaboration agreements that add value to the event and stakeholders.

  • Content Development & Marketing Support

  • Create compelling event content for marketing campaigns, websites, and promotional materials.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to craft impactful messaging, event themes, and promotional strategies.

  • Ensure all content aligns with event objectives and branding guidelines.

  • Event Strategy & Research

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor events, and audience needs.

  • Incorporate findings into event strategy, ensuring events remain competitive and highly relevant.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work with sales, operations, and marketing teams to align on agenda timelines, speaker confirmations, and promotional activities.

  • Provide production support during live events, ensuring smooth execution.

  • Strong background in conference production, agenda creation, and content development.
  • Proven experience in identifying and securing C-level executives, thought leaders, and influencers as speakers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify emerging topics and trends.
  • Ability to develop and maintain partnerships with media outlets, associations, and industry bodies.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
