About Us:

We are seeking a highly organized and creative
Event Manager
to plan, coordinate, and execute impactful events that align with our brand objectives. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of events — from corporate gatherings and product launches to internal employee engagement activities — ensuring seamless execution and memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute events end-to-end, including budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-site support.
  • Develop event concepts and themes that align with business goals and brand identity.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth event delivery.
  • Manage event timelines, schedules, and deliverables to meet deadlines.
  • Support event marketing efforts, including invitations, social media promotions, and post-event communication.
  • Collect event feedback and prepare basic event reports to measure success and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and legal requirements during events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience
    in planning and managing events (corporate, social, or brand events).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with event management tools/software is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
