Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer with 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive growth and achieve key business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that maximize ROI and increase customer acquisition.


Key Responsibilities:

* Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.

* Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret campaign data to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

* A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements to optimize conversion rates.

* Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI while staying within budget constraints.

* Reporting: Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

* Audience Targeting: Develop and refine audience targeting strategies to reach the right customers at the right time.

* SEO & SEM: Collaborate with SEO and content teams to ensure alignment between paid and organic search strategies.

* Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Work with the design and development teams to enhance landing pages and improve user experience.

* Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to keep strategies current and effective.


Qualifications:

* Experience: 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.

* Tools & Platforms: Proficiency in using marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.

* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.

* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders.

* Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

* Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

* Certification: Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certification is a plus.
