Job Description:
DynTech, a leading financial technology development firm, is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to drive our white label technology solutions for multi-asset trading platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote DynTech's custom white label solutions to brokers, OTC, and retail clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the financial services industry
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand product features and communicate their benefits to potential clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase DynTech's trading platform capabilities
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of financial markets, including crypto, forex, and equity trading
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
Salary range - 40-55k INR Monthly
