About the Role

We are looking for motivated and experienced Sales Executives / Senior Executives to join our B2B Group Sales team . This role focuses on Farmer Sales managing and growing existing client relationships and performing inside sales activities such as remote client interactions and virtual engagements. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management and a proven ability to maintain longterm client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients to ensure repeat business and revenue growth.
  • Conduct the complete sales cycle remotely including client calls presentations product demonstrations and negotiations.
  • Perform account management ensuring customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities for upselling or crossselling .
  • Respond to inquiries and engage customers through phone email and virtual meetings to provide relevant solutions.
  • Prepare and present sales reports on activities and account performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop tailored proposals for clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
  • Experience : 14 years in B2B sales focusing on account management inside sales or Farmer Sales.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow existing accounts effectively.
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills .
  • Education : Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • While freshers may be considered preference will be given to candidates with prior internships or B2B sales experience .
