The Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Chat Support: Handle customer queries and concerns through chat interactions in a professional and timely manner.
  • Customer Assistance: Provide effective solutions and assistance to customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Typing Skills: Demonstrate excellent typing skills to manage chat conversations efficiently.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate channels.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to address customer inquiries accurately.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.

The Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Hospital / Health Care / Healthtech and IT Services industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • Good typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support, specifically in a chat process.
  • Good typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Having excel knowledge
  • Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
  • Customer-centric approach and problem-solving skills.
