Job Summary:

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources department in various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain practical experience and develop a career in HR.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Recruitment and Selection:


  • Assist in posting job vacancies on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings of potential candidates.


  • Onboarding:


  • Prepare and distribute onboarding materials and documents to new hires.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting new employee orientation sessions.
  • Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.


  • Employee Relations:
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Help address employee inquiries and provide support as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.


  • HR Administration:
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.
  • Support the HR team in various administrative tasks and projects.


  • Learning and Development:
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops.
  • Track and report on employee training and development activities.


  • Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
