- Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Take initiatives to reduce and avoid early employee turnover.
- Make sure all rounds of interviews are conducted timely.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
