Marketing Manager, South Asia

The purpose of this role is to create the local marketing plan and drive marketing initiatives to support local teams in the field and with the business partners, in alignment with sales strategy, validated with Marketing Head. Job Mission As Marketing Manager for South Asia, you will be responsible for partnering sales to develop and execute the local marketing plan to drive customer acquisition, growth and nurture journey aligned to the country business plan. This will entail campaign development, lead management, database health, analytics and reporting to drive top of the funnel leads, marketing qualified leads & sales accepted opportunities. As a member of the marketing team, you will act as a brand ambassador and social media advocate in the field. You will drive the local demand generation campaigns partnering telemarketing and work with the wider regional marketing and central marketing organisation to deliver the execution of the marketing activities. You will also be responsible for developing the co-marketing plan with key business partners, partnering the channel sales team, including managing the co-marketing fund (CMF) process. _______________________________________________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Align and work in partnership with the sales organization to generate pipeline to drive key business priorities supported by key marketing initiatives Work in partnership with the central marketing team, develop campaign assets relevant for the local markets Plan, develop with key business partners co-marketing plans to drive lead generation, demand and generate pipeline. Provide co-marketing guidance, co-marketing funds, track, measure and reporting Drive awareness of the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise brand in the South Asia market via press and social media advocacy program Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels Develop customer references in partnership with the sales organization to drive customer advocacy and referrals Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking, measuring, analysis, and optimize accordingly aligned with budget management Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with key stakeholders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets ________________________________________________________________________________ Qualifications 5 to 8 years of work experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven experience developing integrated marketing plans and campaigns Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity Experience with managing partners Experience with marketing automation tools (Eloqua, Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce) will be a plus Proficiency with content marketing, online marketing and social media strategy Established press and media contacts will be a plus ________________________________________________________________________________ Key Attributes Data-driven, analytical Can do attitude, growth mindset Proactive Detailed-oriented Team player Job Mission As Marketing Manager for South Asia, you will be responsible for partnering sales to develop and execute the local marketing plan to drive customer acquisition, growth and nurture journey aligned to the country business plan.
