  • Vendor Onboarding: Coordinate and oversee the onboarding of new vendors, including the collection of necessary documentation, compliance verification, and system setup.
  • Contract Management: Review, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with vendors, acting as the main point of contact for any inquiries or issues.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate vendor performance through KPIs, ensuring that vendors meet service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any vendor-related issues or disputes in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications:
