Reporting to the TA Manager – GBS India Region , you will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless hiring experience, supporting our leaders, and bringing top talent into the organization. Your responsibilities Manage end-to-end sourcing and screening of candidates for GBS roles, ensuring alignment with job requirements and organizational needs. Drive offer management processes, including offer breakdown, negotiation, and coordination with stakeholders for timely closure. Partner with Hiring Managers and HR teams to understand role requirements and deliver high-quality talent pipelines. Leverage social media platforms and professional networks to attract and engage top talent proactively. Maintain diversity and inclusivity in all sourcing activities by cultivating diverse candidate pools. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve sourcing strategies and meet KPIs. Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process, reflecting Reckitt’s collaborative and caring culture. Coordinate multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates to foster trust and transparency. Stay updated on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously enhance recruitment strategies. The experience we're looking for 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically in sourcing, screening, and offer management. Proven experience or strong understanding of sourcing strategies and talent screening processes. Strong project management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with colleagues and candidates at all levels. Proficient in leveraging social media and professional networks for candidate engagement. Demonstrated ability to cultivate diverse candidate pools, ensuring inclusivity throughout the talent acquisition process. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to improve sourcing activities and meet KPIs. Hands-on experience in offer management and offer breakdown is essential.
