About the role

As a TA Coordinator – GBS, you are the connector, the catalyst, and the talent matchmaker who helps shape careers and build the future of our global organization. Reporting to the TA Manager – GBS India Region, you will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless hiring experience, supporting our leaders, and bringing top talent into the organization.

Your responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end sourcing and screening of candidates for GBS roles, ensuring alignment with job requirements and organizational needs.
  • Drive offer management processes, including offer breakdown, negotiation, and coordination with stakeholders for timely closure.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and HR teams to understand role requirements and deliver high-quality talent pipelines.
  • Leverage social media platforms and professional networks to attract and engage top talent proactively.
  • Maintain diversity and inclusivity in all sourcing activities by cultivating diverse candidate pools.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve sourcing strategies and meet KPIs.
  • Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process, reflecting Reckitt's collaborative and caring culture.
  • Coordinate multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates to foster trust and transparency.
  • Stay updated on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously enhance recruitment strategies.
The experience we're looking for
  • 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically in sourcing, screening, and offer management.
  • Proven experience or strong understanding of sourcing strategies and talent screening processes.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with colleagues and candidates at all levels.
  • Proficient in leveraging social media and professional networks for candidate engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate diverse candidate pools, ensuring inclusivity throughout the talent acquisition process.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to improve sourcing activities and meet KPIs.
  • Hands-on experience in offer management and offer breakdown is essential.
  • Committed to delivering a candidate experience that reflects Reckitt's collaborative and caring culture.
