Talent Acquisition Manager

About the Role We are seeking a highly metric-driven and resourceful Talent Acquisition Manager to own and execute the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for India. Your primary mission will be to design and implement scalable hiring processes to support our aggressive growth targets across all functions. You will be a true partner to business leaders, managing stakeholder expectations while operating efficiently with limited resources. Success in this role is defined by your ability to deliver quality talent, predictably and at scale, while optimizing for cost and time. Responsibilities
  • Develop and own the India hiring plan, aligning with the overall business goals and headcount projections.
  • Design and implement a scalable, full-cycle recruitment strategy that can efficiently handle high-volume hiring without compromising on quality.
  • Build and lead a high-performing TA team (including sourcers and coordinators) as the hiring volume increases.
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with recruitment agencies, RPOs, and other vendors, ensuring a strong ROI and reducing dependency on them over time.
  • Establish, monitor, and report on a robust set of TA metrics (KPIs) to all stakeholders, including:

    Time-to-Fill / Time-to-Hire

    Source of Hire and Source Effectiveness

    Offer Acceptance Rate

    Candidate Drop-Out Ratio

    Cost-Per-Hire

  • Use data analytics to identify bottlenecks in the hiring process, forecast hiring timelines accurately, and make informed decisions on resource allocation.
  • Create weekly/monthly hiring dashboards that provide clear visibility into the hiring pipeline and health.
  • Act as a strategic talent advisor to department heads and hiring managers, guiding them on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and effective interviewing techniques.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations proactively, especially in a resource-constrained environment, by providing clear communication, realistic timelines, and data-backed insights.
  • Train and empower hiring managers to be effective interviewers and brand ambassadors.
  • Optimize the recruitment lifecycle to ensure an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining efficiency.

    Experiences and Skills

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a managerial or team lead capacity within a fast-paced, high-growth technology or product company.
  • Proven, hands-on experience managing end-to-end hiring for multiple roles (especially in Tech, Product, and GTM teams) and scaling a team from 150 to 300+ or similar volume.
  • Exceptional data literacy. Must be able to analyze data in Excel/Sheets, create dashboards, and tell a story with numbers to drive change.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and improving recruiting processes and systems for scale.
  • Strong evidence of successful stakeholder management with senior leadership.
  • Deep understanding of the Indian talent market, including compensation trends, competitive landscape, and sourcing channels.
