About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to join our team. This role is a blend of core recruitment and generalist HR activities, with a strong focus on attracting and retaining top talent in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will not only drive the end-to-end hiring process but also support day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management and a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Build a strong candidate pipeline through portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview rounds with hiring managers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with colleges/institutes for campus recruitment.
  • Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience.

HR Generalist Activities

  • Support employee onboarding, induction, and training programs.
  • Maintain HR records, employee files, and update HRIS systems.
  • Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide first-level support for employee queries and grievances.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations within hospitality.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple roles and responsibilities with efficiency.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and approachable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
