We define ourselves as a collective of creatives inspired by the art & literature of our eclectic homelands as much as that of overseas. And based in the beautiful hills of Udaipur, we find ourselves at a perfect distance from Mumbai and Delhi, it kind of feels the shower temperature between 'too hot' and 'too cold' - "JUST PERFECT."
A visitor in our office will experience multilingual debates over lunch, the aroma of well-brewed coffee, editors giving inputs on scripts, directors with a farming obsession, laughs of various intensities, and a meditative silence when everyone is deeply immersed in their work. Every member on our team is as unique as the ingredients found in the great Indian kitchen.
Role: HR Executive
Duties you'll be entrusted with:
❖ Recruitment & Onboarding
➢ Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing talent to onboarding new hires effectively.
❖ Employee Engagement
➢ Plan and execute initiatives to foster a collaborative and motivated workplace culture.
❖ Performance Management
➢ Assist in setting and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs) for team members.
❖ Policy Implementation
➢ Develop, update, and ensure compliance with workplace policies aligned with the agency's goals.
❖ Attendance & Leave Management
➢ Monitor employee attendance, working hours, and leave requests while maintaining proper records.
❖ Conflict Resolution
➢ Act as a mediator to resolve workplace conflicts and maintain harmony among team members.
❖ Training & Development
➢ Coordinate skill development programs and workshops for employee growth.
❖ Compliance
➢ Ensure adherence to labor laws, company guidelines, and industry standards.
❖ Employee Support
➢ Be approachable and provide guidance on HR-related matters to the team.
Basic Requirements:
❖ Strong understanding of HR processes and policies.
❖ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
❖ Ability to adapt to a creative and dynamic work environment.
❖ Familiarity with the advertising or media industry (preferred).
