We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team in Udaipur. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, and assisting in performance management and policy implementation.

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing talent to onboarding new hires effectively.
• Employee Engagement: Plan and execute initiatives to foster a collaborative and motivated workplace culture.
• Performance Management: Assist in setting and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs) for team members.
• Policy Implementation: Develop, update, and ensure compliance with workplace policies aligned with the agency's goals.

• Strong understanding of HR processes and policies.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a creative and dynamic work environment.
• Familiarity with the advertising or media industry (preferred).
