Our business partners range from mid-size companies to large local players to multi-national companies. Our products are currently commercialized in emerging and regulated markets like US & EU from the same site thereby reassuring constant quality systems across markets.

JD :

PORTFOLIO STRATEGYWork closely with Business Development Head develop the growth strategyand collaborate with teams to implement the strategy. Work with Key Leaders across functions (Commercial teams, R&D, Finance, RA, Intellectual property, etc) and define the product road map for selected products right from development to Commercialization.

PORTFOLIO SELECTIONDo in-depth analysis of market data to understand opportunities for Inventia and identify new products which will contribute to future growth. Work closely with different teams to quantitatively define the potential and timelines required for the selected products. Build detailed Business case document for all selected products

PORTFOLIO EXECUTIONEngage proactively with key functions R&D, RA, IP, SCM etc. and BD teamsto ensure alignment on the projectrequirements and dossier filing timelines for the selected products. Actively participate in various reviews with key stakeholders at Inventia to ensurethe projects are progressing as per agreed timelines. Understand and identify the potential strategic and operational challenges involved in the delivering the project timelines and escalate the same appropriately to mitigate the risks.

GLOBAL DEVELOPMENTWork closely with BD team and evaluatethe commercial interest and timelines requirement of the products selected for various regions. Participate in Global product selection and ensure requirements are built into the overall delivery process. Build detailed Business case for all selected products

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIESPrepares and manages the unit/region budgetApproves expenses as per authorized limits

Desired Skills & Experience4-7 years of experience in pharma Portfolio Management roles, with a bachelor’s degree, technical degree preferred and management.Strong communication and presentation skills; Strong analytical and organizational skills.
