About the role

This is a lead role, spanning across Global markets. This role is designed to strategize and create robust new products pipeline for the markets where Inventia has presence / strategic interest. This role involves end-to-end management starting from ideation, selection and execution, while working closely with the Global Head, Management and cross

functional leadership team.


What will you be doing

• PORTFOLIO STRATEGY

Work closely with Business Development Head develop the growth strategy and collaborate with teams to implement the strategy. Work with Key Leaders across functions (Commercial teams, R&D, Finance, RA, Intellectual property, etc) and define the product road map for selected products right from development to Commercialization.

• PORTFOLIO SELECTION

Do in-depth analysis of market data to understand opportunities for Inventia and identify new products which will contribute to future growth. Work closely with different teams to quantitatively define the potential and timelines required for the selected products. Build detailed Business case document for all selected products

• PORTFOLIO EXECUTION

Engage proactively with key functions R&D, RA, IP, SCM etc. and BD teams to ensure alignment on the project requirements and dossier filing timelines for the selected products. Actively participate in various reviews with key stakeholders at Inventia to ensure the projects are progressing as per agreed timelines. Understand and identify the potential strategic and operational challenges involved in the delivering the project timelines and escalate the same appropriately to mitigate the risks.

• GLOBAL DEVELOPMENT

Work closely with BD team and evaluate the commercial interest and timelines requirement of the products selected for various regions. Participate in Global product selection and ensure requirements are built into the overall delivery process. Build detailed Business case for all selected products

• FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepares and manages the unit/region budget

Approves expenses as per authorized limits
