Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in New Delhi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to drive business growth. Key tasks include market research, sales,KOL management, negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze business trends
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
