Job Description

You will join our Global Centre of Excellence, Group HR

You will report to the Senior Global Reward Manager (located in India) and be part of the Global Reward team, with reward colleagues in the Gurugram office. You can expect a work environment that is inclusive and open to your ideas and viewpoints. You will also be part of a global HR organization that is working closely together with local HR colleagues and the business where the Global Reward team is responsible for setting direction for global reward policies, governance and provide state of the art reward concepts and tools. You will play a key role in the team and be responsible for ensuring that processes and data, used to build many of our tools and concepts are structured, consistent and of the best quality. The trust starts with the data.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

Administer and maintain the advanced compensation modules within Workday. Collaborate with IT and external vendors to enhance and upgrade reward systems, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the business. Identify and troubleshoot system issues, providing timely resolutions and recommendations for future enhancements. Develop and maintain documentation for compensation processes and system configurations. Lead the implementation of system improvements, including testing and training. Assist with special projects on ad hoc basis focused on the design, communication, and/or implementation of benefit plans and programs. Manage end-to-end bonus operations, including calculation, validation, and payout processes. Work closely with finance, HR business partners, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely bonus distributions. Analyse STI program effectiveness and provide insights for continuous improvement. Maintain accurate records of STI allocations and payouts, ensuring compliance with company policies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

A university degree or certification that is equivalent to bachelor’s degree Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail. Strong skills in preparing presentations for senior management proficient in PowerPoint and Excel Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, HR Directors, Managing Directors, written and verbal communication skills Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to effectively work independently Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated experience in managing projects, including system upgrades and process improvements. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Macros) & other data analytics tools Experience in Workday rewards module and reward management systems is preferred.
