Job Summary:

The Global Recruitment Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for positions across multiple regions, ensuring the hiring of top talent that aligns with the company's global workforce needs. This role requires expertise in navigating different cultural, legal, and market-specific hiring practices and fostering relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders worldwide. You will report to Global Talent Acquisition Manager/Director of Human Resources.


ACTIVITIES

  • International Recruitment : Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation) for roles across various international markets.
  • Global Sourcing Strategies : Utilize diverse sourcing channels (social media, job boards, referrals, networks) to attract a pipeline of qualified candidates globally.
  • Stakeholder Management : Work closely with regional hiring managers and department heads to understand job requirements, local market conditions, and specific hiring needs.
  • Talent Pipeline Development : Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for both current and future hiring needs across multiple countries.
  • Market Research : Conduct in-depth research on global talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to provide market intelligence and guide recruitment strategies.
  • Diversity Hiring : Promote diversity and inclusion by implementing strategies to attract candidates from diverse backgrounds, ensuring a balanced and inclusive global workforce.
  • Candidate Experience : Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through prompt communication, transparent processes, and positive engagement at every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Compliance and Regulations : Ensure compliance with local labor laws, work permits, and data privacy regulations across different countries.
  • Employer Branding : Support global employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in key regions.
  • Data Reporting : Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire to improve recruitment effectiveness.
  • Vendor Relationships : Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and headhunters for difficult-to-fill or specialized global roles.


JOB EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5+ years of experience in recruitment, including international recruitment or global sourcing.
  • Experience recruiting for roles in multiple geographies, industries, and business functions.
  • Familiarity with international labor laws, visa/work permit regulations, and compliance requirements in global markets.
  • Strong knowledge of global talent acquisition best practices, recruitment marketing, and social recruiting tools.


KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to manage relationships across different cultures and time zones.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, able to manage multiple vacancies in different regions.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing recruitment environment.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting hiring goals and deadlines.
  • Experience working in multinational companies or global organizations.
  • Consulting / Search firms candidates are preferred
