- ** Community Engagement**:

- Foster and engage with the online community through timely responses to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
- ** Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze key social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on social media performance and suggest improvements based on insights.
- ** Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to align social media strategies with overall business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of proven experience in social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
