Overview:
Rama University is seeking a motivated and results-driven Placement Executive to join our dynamic Placement Cell. As a Placement Executive, you will play a pivotal role in establishing connections with potential employers, facilitating job placements for our students, and enhancing career opportunities. This position requires exceptional communication skills, networking abilities, and a passion for empowering students to succeed in their professional journeys.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and nurture relationships with potential employers, industry professionals, and alumni to expand the university's network of placement opportunities.
- Actively engage in employer outreach, promoting Rama University's academic programs, students' competencies, and the university's commitment to producing industry-ready graduates.
- Coordinate and facilitate on-campus recruitment drives, career fairs, and placement events to connect students with job opportunities.
- Collaborate with academic departments to identify employment needs and industry trends to align curriculum with industry requirements.
- Provide guidance and counseling to students on career planning, job search strategies, resume building, interview preparation, and professional development.
- Conduct mock interviews, workshops, and training sessions to enhance students' employability skills.
- Maintain up-to-date records of student placements and employment statistics, producing reports for analysis and improvement.
- Liaise with faculty members, alumni, and industry experts to facilitate guest lectures, industry interactions, and mentorship programs for students.
- Stay updated on evolving industry trends, market demands, and recruitment practices to provide accurate and relevant information to students and employers.
- Assist in organizing and participating in job fairs, off-campus drives, and industry-specific events to expand placement opportunities and employer partnerships.
- Collaborate with the academic and administrative departments to ensure effective coordination between academic learning and industry requirements.
- Represent Rama University at external events, conferences, and professional organizations to enhance the university's visibility and industry connections.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in placement, recruitment, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and foster relationships with employers, students, faculty, and alumni.
- Strong networking and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of industry trends, recruitment practices, and job market demands.
- Familiarity with career counseling, resume building, and interview preparation techniques.
- Proficiency in using various digital platforms, databases, and recruitment software.
- Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Customer service-oriented mindset and a commitment to student success.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
